Shipping & Returns

Made to order. Most of our merch is printed on demand by our print partner, Printful, after you order. Printing usually takes 2–7 business days, then it ships — most orders arrive in about 1–2 weeks.

Some items ship from us. A few items are packed and mailed by Multimodal Mondays directly, usually within 5 business days. If your order has both kinds, it arrives in separate packages, each with its own tracking.

Cost. Shipping for printed items is calculated by Printful at checkout based on where it's going and the speed you choose. Items we ship ourselves add a flat $5 per order.

We ship worldwide. Orders outside the United States may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees by your country when they arrive. Those fees aren't included in our prices or shipping and are paid by the recipient.

Tracking. We email you a tracking link as soon as each package ships.

Damaged, defective or wrong item? Email us at lauren@multimodalmondays.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund — no need to send it back.

Everything else. Because each item is printed just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size or a change of mind. Please check the size options before ordering.

Canceling. Printing starts quickly, so we can only cancel an order if you email us within 12 hours of placing it.

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or it says delivered but you don't have it, email us and we'll work with the carrier to make it right.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Packages returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped once you cover the new shipping cost.
